Accounts and eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Zoxohu. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Vendor accounts may require verification before some features are enabled.

Vendor responsibilities

If you run a store on Zoxohu, you are responsible for your menu, pricing, fulfilment, and compliance with the laws that apply to your business.

• Keep product information and availability accurate
• Fulfil orders you accept and honour stated prices
• Handle guest data responsibly and lawfully
• Resolve order disputes with your guests in good faith

Orders and payments

When a guest places an order, a contract for that order is formed between the guest and the vendor. Zoxohu provides the platform and payment tools but is not a party to that contract. Payments are processed through our payment partners, and applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown in Nigerian naira (₦) unless stated otherwise. Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform.

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• No selling prohibited or restricted goods
• No interfering with or attempting to breach the platform's security
• No infringing the rights of others

Limitation of liability

Zoxohu is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the revised version here. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You can stop using Zoxohu and close your account at any time.
